IT Sustainability Assesment

We have combined offerings from three of our primary practices (Energy and Environment, IT Strategy and Financial & Business Analysis Consulting) and wrapped these with our core competency of data visualization to offer a unique, value-added assessment service for Federal agencies. To conduct this assessment of an organization’s IT sustainability performance, we examine three key dimensions: Environmental Impact, Cost Effectiveness, and Strategic Alignment. The objective of the assessment is to ensure that key organizational strategies evolve harmoniously. Each of the measurements in these areas represent pivotal factors in organizational effectiveness and productivity.
