Triton Federal Solutions is excited to announce that two members of the Triton
team have been selected to participate in the 2011 ACT-IAC Voyagers Program.
Voyagers is a leadership development program for "rising stars" in both
government and industry who have a high potential for future advancement. 2011
heralds the sixth class for this exceptional program that continues to build on its
past success as well as that of the ACT-IAC IT Partners Program.
Justin R. Fleshman, PMP, joined PPC in June of 2007 after serving as a Policy
Advisor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Offices of Environmental
Management and Nuclear Energy. Since joining PPC, he has managed multiple,
successful DOE projects ranging from the development of Policies and Procedures,
Executive Dashboard reporting, and Data Center Energy Efficiency tools. Speaking to
the opportunities the ACT-IAC Voyagers Program provides, Mr. Fleshman said, “the
Voyagers Program is a unique and exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with
emerging Federal leaders as well as established leaders who are committed to the
sharing of knowledge and promoting personal and professional development, I am
personally honored to be selected to participate in the Voyagers Program.”
Jeremy Rissi was selected to be an Industry Vice Chair, part of the leadership team
running the class. He’ll share his experience building teams, effectively collaborating
across operating groups, and driving new business. Jeremy was himself a Voyager
participant in 2007.
The objective of the program is to prepare mid-level managers for their future
roles in industry and government. Each prospective program participant must
be nominated by his or her respective company or agency sponsor, complete
this application, and be selected for the program by a panel of senior executives
from government and industry. Congratulations to Justin and Jeremy for their
contributions.
